How it works

As a guided reading system, Constructopedia uses universal “core constructs” to help users at varying reading levels explore, discover and connect knowledge across multiple domains of human knowledge. This patented method is called “Construct Surfing”.

Step 1:

Constructopedia uses a Construct Matrix System with core constructs arranged along its vertical axis to enable construct surfing.

Step 2:

Construct surfing begins when a user clicks one of the core constructs displayed in the matrix, for example, “Adaptation.” This action produces a “Preview” of some of the content that can be explored under an array of subject areas displayed across three general domains: Sciences, Society, and Arts & Humanities

Step 3:

When the curser is placed over any given subject area -Biology, for instance- a menu of curated content that can be explored appears at three levels of difficulty: “Expert”, “Senior, and “Junior”.

Step 4:

When one of the titles is clicked its content appears in an adjacent browser tab.

Step 5:

When users finish reading the selected content they return to the matrix and click another subject area to information related to that construct in a different subject area, or a different domain
